There is no entry fee for boats registering for the parade if registered by November 24th. After November 24th the registration fee is $20. Each parade participant will receive a commemorative gift. Vessels must be over 21 feet. The deadline for entry is December 8th, 2016. The Captains Meeting for parade participants will be held at Marina Jack, Thursday December 8th, 2016 at 5:30pm. All participants must attend the mandatory Capt's Meeting.

Entries will be judged in 5 categories including: Private (P1): 21-35 ft, Private(P2): 36ft and over', Corporate (C1): 21-35' and Corporate (C2): 36' and over. There is a perpetual trophy awarded to the "Most Creative" entry, the trophy will be displayed for 1 year at Marina Jack restaurant. Cash prizes, awards and trophies will be awarded at a ceremony at Marina Jack's fuel dock at 8:30pm following the parade. It is possible to win 1st or 2nd in your category in addition to most creative. Private Classes - Cash and Trophies awarded. Corporate classes - No Cash awarded, trophies only.

Suncoast Charities for Children are working with select local agencies to bring approximately 60 special needs attendees to the sponsors/media area.

A cash donation will be made to the Suncoast Charities for Children, Inc. from the proceeds of this event.
